Our ZoneFit classes are 60 minute sessions that focus on keeping all clients moving while working the whole body every day. We use various pieces of equipment to build lean muscle mass, increase core strength, flexibility, and improve conditioning. Some days will be more movement oriented working on speed, power, and agility. The Zone Coaches put forth a program in a comfortable atmosphere to help you reach your full potential. They will challenge you each day to improve yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.
