Strength/Power: The ability to generate greater amounts force at a faster rate is critical for athletic dominance. Our program utilizes advanced strength training techniques to increase muscular strength and power in the major muscle groups involved in the combine testing.
Body Composition/Muscularity: The combination of our strength/conditioning program and nutritional strategies provides our athletes with the edge needed to pass the visual first impression. Aside from looking like an athlete, leaner athletes display a higher level of control and power production for their individual bodyweight.
Muscular Endurance: The NFL Combine/Pro day is exhausting physically and mentally. Performing a series of maximal effort testing followed by top speed position drills is a daunting task for even the greatest of athletic specimens. Our program focuses on increasing an athletes metabolic conditioning to improve recovery between displays of maximal effort ensuring they are able to perform every test to their full potential. Being able to perform well on one test means little if your unable recover in time for the next test.
Mobility/Flexibility
Our combine program focuses on improving the mobility and flexibility of the major joint and soft tissues of the body. This not only improves athletic performance, but also dramatically reduces an athlete’s risk for non-contact injuries to the joints and soft tissues. Our program utilizes the latest techniques in self-myofacial release, band assisted stretching, and functional range of motion assessment by our Chiropractor/ART specialist.
